چکیده

Background: Cricket has gained popularity in our country; INDIA, thus the number of players also increased. requires a combination physical fitness, skill, and strategy. A tight hamstring is one causes Back pain, SIJ, Hamstring muscle strain, PFS, patellar tendinopathy. The extensibility important for optimal joint function. Loss flexibility as decrease ability to deform, resulting decreased ROM about joint. Objectives: To find effect Dynamic soft tissue mobilization over conventional therapy cricket on improving flexibility.Methodology: 30 Players are selected from Ankur academy, Bhopal 16-26 age group having muscles tightness. This equally distributed two groups B equal size. On Passive stretching applied Group only passive alone. Result: Independent t test was used calculate difference mean pre-pre- post-post Knee between groups. Mean value pre knee both 31.1±4.24. post 19.33±4.71. Result showed that there statistically no significant pre-ROM all subjects p >0.05, while found

Elastography Study of Hamstring Behaviors during Passive Stretching

INTRODUCTION The mechanical properties of hamstring muscles are usually inferred from global passive torque/angle relationships, in combination with adjoining tissues crossing the joint investigated. Shear modulus measurement provides an estimate of changes in muscle-tendon stiffness and passive tension. This study aimed to assess the passive individual behavior of each hamstring muscle in diff...
